As Part Of African Expansion, Unilever Opens R&D Facilities In South Africa

Unilever opened its research and development facilities at the Indonsa factory in Durban, South Africa. The company said it plans to develop and improve more products, using the R44 million R&D facilities, which are designed to operate as a pilot plant for the Unilever R&D team. Unilever holds more than 1,700 brands and plans to double its business in Africa in the next five years.
